The whole world is facing many challenges. Hardly anyone would have thought that mankind would have to go through such a difficult period. Amidst such challenges, at the beginning of this decade our honorable President gave his address in the Joint House, which in itself creates a new hope, new zeal and new confidence President in this challenging world. It was the address of the President, the guide to the self-reliant India and the President who paved the way for this decade.
Respected Chairman,
I stand among you all today to express my heartfelt gratitude to the President. In the Rajya Sabha for over 13-14 hours, more than 50 honorable members gave their views, valued ideas, discussed many aspects. And so I also express my heartfelt gratitude to all the respected members for enriching this discussion. It would have been better if everyone had listened to the speech of the President, the dignity of democracy would have increased and we all would have never felt that we had not heard the speech of the President. But the strength of the President’s speech was so much that he could speak a lot even though he did not listen. It was the strength of that speech in itself, the strength of those thoughts, the strength of those ideals that caused the talk to reach even after not listening. And that’s why I think the value of this speech gets manifold.
Respected Chairman,
As I said, this was President’s first speech of the decade amidst many challenges. But it is also true that when we look at the whole world, looking at the young minds of India, it seems that today India is a land of opportunities in the true sense. Many opportunities await us. And so a country that is young, a country full of enthusiasm, a country that strives to achieve fulfillment with determination by taking many dreams, that country can never let go of these opportunities. It is also an occasion for all of us that we are entering 75 years of independence. This in itself is an inspiring opportunity. Wherever we are, whichever form we are, we should make this festival of inspiration as the child of Mother Bharati, the 75th festival of independence. To prepare the country for the coming years, something has to be done and how far will we take the country when the country celebrates the century of independence in 2047, We should keep seeing these dreams again and again. Today, the whole world is looking at India, there are expectations from India and there is a belief among people that if India does this, many problems of the world will be solved from there, this belief has increased for India in the world today. .
Respected Chairman,
When I am discussing opportunities, I would like to announce the poem of Mahakavi Maithilesharan Gupt ji. Guptji said-
Opportunity stands for you , yet you lie quietly.
Your field of action is large, every moment is precious , awake India, open your eyes.
This is written by Maithilisharan Gupt. But I was thinking in this period, if he had to write in the beginning of 21st century, what would he write- I used to imagine that he would write-
Opportunity stands for you , you are full of confidence.
Break every obstacle , every restriction, oh India, race on the path of self-sufficiency.
Respected Chairman,
What kind of global circumstances were created during the corona, it was impossible for anyone to help someone. One country could not help another country. One state cannot help another state, even one member of the family cannot help another family member; The same atmosphere arose due to corona. The world had expressed many apprehensions for India. The world was very worried that if India could not manage itself in this epidemic of Corona, then it was feared that not only India, but the entire mankind would face such a huge crisis. A lot of people will get trapped, millions will die. Plenty of things also happened to scare us here too. And why this happened is not our question, because what an unknown enemy can do, Nobody was guessing. Each was assessed in its own way. But India had no idea to protect the citizens of our country from an unknown enemy and who had no prior tradition that such a thing could be done, such a protocol could be done for it.
In a new way, everyone had to walk with new thinking. May be some scholars, mighty people may have some other idea but that was unknown enemy. And we also had to find ways. There were also paths to be built and people to be saved. At that time, whatever God gave wisdom, strength and strength, this country did its best to save the country by doing it. And now the world takes pride in the fact that India has indeed played a very important role in saving the human race of the world. The victory of winning this battle does not go to any government, nor to any person, but to Hindustan. What does it take to be proud? What goes before the world in speaking with confidence? This country has done. The poorest of the poor have done this. At that time must have seen on social media that the old mother sitting on the pavement with a small hut, that too outside the house, Wished for the auspicious of India by burning lamps outside the hut, are we making fun of him? Mocking his feelings? Time is, who never saw the door of the school, in his mind, whoever can serve his country by burning a lamp for the country, did it with this sentiment. And he had awakened a collective power in the country. Introduced its power, strength. But she is enjoying making fun of him too. There are so many issues to be opposed and should be done. But do not get entangled in such things which break the morale of the country, which undermines the country’s strength, it never benefits. Did this sense. And he had awakened a collective power in the country. Introduced its power, strength. But she is enjoying making fun of him too. There are so many issues to be opposed and should be done. But do not get entangled in such things which break the morale of the country, which undermines the country’s strength, it never benefits. Did this sense. But do not get entangled in such things which break the morale of the country, which undermines the country’s strength, it never benefits.
Our Corona Warriors, our front line workers, you can imagine that when there is a fear that someone will become a Corona, then it is not a small thing to do duty, fulfill your responsibilities, be proud of it, respect them. Should do and the result of all these efforts is that the country has shown it today. Let us look at the past, it is not for criticism, we have lived those situations. Sometimes there was talk of smallpox, how much fear was increased. Polio was so scary, what efforts had to be made to get his vaccine, how much trouble had to be taken. When will we get, how much will we get, how will we get We have spent these days. In such a situation, if you remember those days, then you will know that those countries which are counted in Third World Countries should come by taking vaccine for the welfare of mankind. Our scientists have also been engaged in mission mode in such a short time, this is a proud saga of India’s contribution to the history of mankind. Let us glorify it, and from that also inspire new confidence. Today, the country can take pride in such efforts to awaken the inspiration of that new confidence that the world’s largest vaccination campaign is going on in my country. Vaccination is happening at a fast pace in the world today, so this is the mother of all of us in India’s lap. And where has this potential of India not reached? It is a proud saga of India’s contribution to the history of mankind.
Today, Corona has given India a new strength in its relationship with the world. When initially which medicine would work, there was no vaccine, then the attention of the whole world went on medicines of India. India emerged as the hub of pharmacy in the world. This country has also done the work of delivering medicines to 150 countries during that period. We did not retreat to protect mankind. Not only this, at this time in relation to vaccine too, the world proudly says that we have got India’s vaccine. We all know that even in big hospitals of the world, when big people go to the operation, some big major operation, and after going to the operation theaters, before the process starts, they will see if there is a Hindustani doctor or not. is. And as most of the Hindustani doctors are seen inside the team, He believes that the operation will be fine now. This is what the country has earned. We should be proud of it. And so we have to move forward by taking this pride.
In this corona, as India has carved out a unique identity in global relations, it has made its place in the same way, India has given our federal structure what is our inherent strength in this corona period, how can we work together in times of crisis Are, how can we try by applying all the powers in one direction; It has been shown by the Center and the State together. I also give the states, because the states have their own flavor in the House, and so in this House, I especially congratulate the states and the work of strengthening cooperative federalism, turning this corona crisis into opportunity. Everybody has done it. Therefore, everyone is entitled to greetings. There are a lot of preaching about democracy here. Much has been said. But I do not believe what has been said, Any citizen of the country will trust it. India’s democracy is not such that we can tear its skin out in this way. Let us not make such a mistake and I was listening to Mr. Derek ji, good words were being used. Freedom of speech, intimidation, hounding, when hearing the words it seemed that they were talking about Bengal. Telling about that country? It is natural that, if you see the same round the clock, if you hear the same thing, you might have told the same thing by mistake here. Our Bajwa Saheb of the Congress was also saying very well this time and was dragging so long that I was feeling that just now they will reach the Emergency in a short time. I felt that in a while, there is one step left, they will reach 84, but they did not go there. Well, the Congress disappoints the country a lot, you also disappointed. Good words were being used. Honorable Chairman,
I want to put this in front of a House and especially those who raise doubts on democracy, those who raise doubts on the fundamental power of India, I would say with special request to try to understand it. “Our democracy is by no means a western institution.” It is a human institution. The history of India is replete with examples of democratic institutions. We find a description of 81 republics in ancient India. Today, it is necessary to warn the countrymen from the onslaught on India’s nationalism. India’s nationalism is neither narrow, selfish nor aggressive. It is inspired by the values of “Satyam Shivam Sundaram”.
Respected Chairman,
This quotation is by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the first Prime Minister of the First Government of Azad Hind Fauj. And coincidentally, we are celebrating 125th birth anniversary today. But it is unfortunate that we have inadvertently forgotten this feeling of Netaji, these thoughts of Netaji, these ideals of Netaji. And the result is that today we have started cursing us. I sometimes get surprised by the world, whoever catches the word, we catch it and walk. We also love listening to the world’s largest democracy, yes man India is the largest democracy in the world. But we did not teach our younger generation that India is a mother of democracy. She is the mother of democracy. We are not just big democracies, This country is the mother of democracy. We have to teach this to our future generations and we must speak it proudly because our ancestors have given us a legacy. The governance system of India is democratic, it is for this reason that we are not a democracy country. The culture of India, the culture of India, the tradition of India, the mind of India is democratic and therefore our system is democratic. These are, so they are, this is not so. Basically we are democratic so that is why. And this criterion has also been done for the country.
Recall those days of emergency, what was the status of the judiciary, how was the media, what was the condition of the government. Everything had been converted into a jail, but the culture of this country, the people of the country, which was stained with the rags of democracy, could not shake it. He influenced democracy immediately when he got a chance. This is the power of the people, this is the strength of our culture, this is the power of democratic values, the issue is not who is talking about which government, which government has formed, nor am I here to spend time in such things Has made me sit We have to move forward while protecting democratic values. There was also discussion in relation to self-reliant India. I know what our direction of our partner Dharmendra Pradhan ji is for a very practicing and self-reliant India. He has made a detailed statement. But one thing is right that in the economic field too, India’s reach is becoming one. The people of the world have been craving for investment in the Corona era. All things have come out. But India is where record investment is taking place. All the facts are telling that the economic situation of many countries is disastrous. While the world is anticipating double digital growth in India. On the one hand there is an atmosphere of despair, then there is a ray of hope in Hindustan, it is sounding from the world.
Today India’s foreign exchange reserves are at a record level. Today, food production in India is at a record level. India is the second largest country in the world today where there is an internet user. In India today, transactions worth Rs 4 lakh crore are going digital every month, through UPI. Remember, I was listening in the speech of this house … two years, three years ago … where do people have mobile, where is it, how will people do digital, see the strength of this country … 4 every month Lakh crore rupees India has become the second largest country in the world as a manufacturer of mobile phones. There are a record number of startups, unicorns and cheers in the world in India. Our young generation is doing the same on this earth. In the field of Renewal Energy, we have made our place in the first five countries of the world and we are going to climb in the coming days. Be it water, land, sky, space… India stands with its capability to protect itself in every field. Be it a surgical strike or air strike, the world has seen the capability of India.
Respected Chairman,
When I first came to this House in 2014, I came to this campus and when I was elected as a leader, in my first speech I said that my government is dedicated to the poor. I am repeating the same thing after coming back today. And we have neither changed our direction nor we have diluted nor diverted we are working with the same mood because in order to move forward in this country we have to be free from poverty. We have to keep adding efforts. If earlier efforts were made, then we have to add more to it, we cannot stop. I have done so much … Can’t stop, we have to do more. Today, I am happy that the basic requirement is for ease of living and from which confidence arises and once confidence is filled in the mind of the poor, then the poor themselves will stand up to give strength to the challenge of poverty, The poor will not be tempted to help anyone. This is my experience. I am happy that more than 10 crore toilets have been built, accounts of more than 41 crore people have been opened. More than 2 crore poor houses are built. More than 8 crore free gas connections have been given. Up to five lakh rupees free treatment has come as a big force in the life of the poor. Many such schemes which are bringing changes in the lives of the poor. Is creating new faith.
Respected Chairman,
There are challenges, if there are no challenges, nothing will be seen anywhere, the world is more prosperous than a prosperous country, it also has its challenges, its challenges are different, we have different types. But we have to decide whether we want to be a part of the problem or we want to be a part of the solution. This is just a thin line, if we become a part of the problem, then politics will go on, but if we become a medium of solution, then the politics becomes four moons. We have an obligation to think for the present generation, we also have to think for the future generation. There are problems but I am sure that if we work together, we work with confidence, then we will also change with the situations and we will be able to get the desired results. That is my sure belief.
Respected Chairman,
There has been a lot of discussion of the peasant movement in the House, more and more the time which was told about the movement. Everyone is silent on what is the movement about. How is the movement, what is happening with the movement? All these things have been told a lot, it is also important but the basic thing which is… well it would have been discussed in detail. Just like our honorable Agriculture Minister has asked the questions very well, I will not get the answers to those questions but I know but he has discussed this subject very well. I am very grateful to Respected Devgowda ji. He gave a serious thought to this entire discussion and he has also appreciated the good efforts of the Government as they have been devoted to the farmers throughout their life and they have also appreciated with the efforts of the Government and He also gave good suggestions. I sincerely thank the venerable Devgoda Ji.
आदरणीय सभापति जी,
What is the basic problem of farming? Where are his roots? I want to mention what the former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh told me in detail today… There are many people who take pride in assuming the legacy of Chaudhary Charan Singh, he will probably try to understand this. He was often censored in 1971 about agriculture, which was definitely mentioned in his language. What did Chaudhary Charan Singh ji say… His quote is that if the farmers are censured, 33 percent of the farmers who have less than 2 bighas, do not have 2 bighas, have 2 bighas, are less than 2 bighas. 18 percent of the farmers who are called, have 2 bighas to 4 bighas of land i.e. half a hectare to one hectare… It is 51 percent farmers, no matter how hard they work… They cannot pass honestly on their own little land. This is a quote from Chaudhary Charan Singh. The pathetic condition of small farmers always gave a lot of pains to Chaudhary Charan Singh ji. He always worried about her. Now we will see further … farmers who have less land than one hectare. They were 51 percent in 1971, today it is 68 percent. That is, the number of farmers in the country who have very little land is increasing and if we mix small and marginal farmers today, more than 86 percent farmers have less than 2 hectares of land. And the number of such farmers is 12 crores. Do we not have any responsibility towards these 12 crore farmers, is there no responsibility of the country. Have we ever had to keep these 12 crore farmers at the center of our schemes? The answer to this question is left to us Chaudhary Charan Singh ji…
Now was there a small farmer in the thinking of earlier governments? If we think once, we will get attention, I am not asking for criticism but we really …. We all need to think. When we do a program as soon as the elections come, the debt waiver is the program of the farmer… It is a program of votes that everyone knows well. But when the debt waivers… when the small farmer is deprived of it. Nothing comes to her luck. Because the loan waiver … is for the person who takes a loan from the bank .. The poor farmer does not have an account in the bank … Where will he go to take a loan. We have not done it for the small farmer … even if we have done politics. A farmer with two acres of land who does not even have a bank account nor does he take a loan nor does he get the benefit of loan waiver. Similarly, what was the earlier crop insurance scheme… In a way, insurance that acted as a bank guarantee. And that too was not destiny for the small farmer. It was also for those farmers who had loans from the bank, they had insurance, the bankers also believed, work was done.
Today, how many farmers will be less than 2 hectares who will take loan from the bank … Irrigation facility is not there even for the small farmer, big farmers used to pump big pumps, turn tube wells, get electricity, And electricity was available for free, their work was done. For the small farmer, there was a problem for irrigation too. He could not even install a tubewell, sometimes he had to buy water from a big farmer and had to pay the price he asked for. Urea …. The big farmer had no problem in getting urea. The small farmer had to stand in line overnight. Poles used to walk in it and sometimes the poor would return home without urea. We know the condition of small farmers… After 2014 we made some changes, we expanded the scope of crop insurance scheme so that farmers… The small farmer could also take advantage of this and started this work with a lot of money and in the last 4-5 years his claim farmers have received 90 thousand crore rupees under the crop insurance scheme. The amount of debt waiver also becomes bigger.
Then look at the Kisan Credit Card. Cards were Kisan Credit Cards, but we went to big farmers and they used to get money from the bank at very interest interest in some states at zero percent interest and they used to have some business and money there. This was not the fate of the small farmer, we decided that we will give credit cards to every farmer in India. Not only this, we have also extended their scope to fisherman so that they too can take advantage of it. And more than two crore farmers have reached the benefit of these Kisan Credit Cards and others are also urging the states to continuously pursue it so that more and more farmers can benefit from it. And the more help the states get, the more work will be done. Similarly, we came up with a scheme… Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Through this, the amount is directly in the account of the farmer. She goes. And this poor farmer who has never got this kind of help. There are ten crore such families who have benefited from it.
If politics had not come in the way of Bengal, the farmers of Bengal would have been even more involved, then this figure would have been even higher and by now, 1 lakh 15 thousand crore rupees would have gone to these farmers’ accounts. He is a poor small farmer, went to him. The center point of all our schemes is the soil health card. We talked about 100 percent soil health card, how is our land to the small farmer, what is it for the produce. We worked for 100 percent soil health card, in the same way we gave 100 percent neem coated urea of urea. Our intention behind 100 percent was that urea divert and stop in poor urea from poor to poor farmers. We came up with the idea of pension facility for small and marginal farmers for the first time and I see that our small farmers are also coming gradually. Similarly, the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana …. Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, it is not just a road, it is a huge fame line to change the life of farmers. And we also emphasized that, for the first time we imagined the Kisan Rail did not sell the small farmer’s goods. Today, due to the Kisan Rail, the farmers of the village started selling their goods, selling fruits and vegetables in the Mumbai market through the railways. It is benefiting. The small farmer is benefiting. Kisan Udaan Scheme …. Through the Kisan Udaan scheme, such excellent things like our north east by airplane, but due to lack of transportation system, the farmer there could not take our benefit. Today he is getting the benefit of Kisan Udaan Scheme. Everyone is familiar with the problems of small farmers… from time to time the demand for their empowerment has also arisen. Through the Kisan Udaan scheme, such good things as our north east by airplane, but due to lack of transportation system, the farmer there could not take our benefit. Today he is getting the benefit of Kisan Udaan Scheme. Everyone is familiar with the problems of small farmers… from time to time the demand for their empowerment has also arisen.
Our respected Sharad Pawar ji and everyone from Congress too… Every government has advocated for agricultural reforms. There is no one behind because everyone feels that it is a different thing to not be able to do it. But this should happen, this thing has been passed on to everyone and this is not the case today, where ever it was. And Sharad Pawar also gave a statement that I am in favor of reforms. Well, there is a question in his mind regarding the method but he has not opposed the reforms. And that is why I think our colleague Mr. Scindia ji very well here on this aspect on many aspects…. All these things have been going on continuously for the last two decades, it is not that anybody Lasted only after we arrived. Everyone has said and everyone has said that now the time has come. Now it’s time it’s fine. That a comma fullstop can be different, but no one can claim that brother was very good in our time, I also cannot claim that our time thinking is very good, after ten years no thought can come. This is not the case, this society is life-changing.
And so, but I am surprised that suddenly took Uteron, what has happened? Well, now we take this government around the issue of agitation, but at the same time, we also tell the farmers that brother change is very important. It has been many years now. Have to take things. So the country moves forward, but now I feel that politics becomes so dominant that its own ideas are left out. But what they are doing is good. Respected Doctor Manmohan Singh is present here, I want to read a quote of him today. It may be that those who are uttering or not agreeing with Manmohan Singh ji will accept the need, there are other rigidities because of the whole marketing regime setup in the 1930’s which prevent our farmers from selling their produce where they get the highest rate of return. It is our intention to remove …. It is our intention to remove all those handicaps which come in the way of India realizingits vast potential as one large common market. This is the coat of the venerable Manmohan Singh. Respected Manmohan Singh ji had expressed his intention to give the farmer freedom to sell produce, to give India an agricultural market. And that is the work we are doing. And you people should be proud … See … Respected Manmohan Singh Ji said … Modi has to do it. Oh, be proud …. And the fun is that people who make political rhetoric, they have done something half-incomplete out of this, even when they have got a chance in their states. Everybody who has a party in protest here has done something half-incomplete where there are governments. That they also know that this is the way. And I have seen that the spirit of law is not discussed in this discussion. Complaint is the way it was not right, He hurried this, even when there is a marriage in the family, Fufi gets angry and says that where did I call me, he lives. If you have such a big family, it stays.
Let us take care of some more things now. Look… milk production… is not tied in any way. Neither the cattle are tied in bonds or the milk is tied, but look at the fun .. In the field of milk, either private or co-operative have formed such a strong chain, both are doing this work together. And a great supply chain is built in our country. We have done it and what is good, we have not made it in my time. You can be proud of it before my work remains. We should be proud. Most of the markets have direct contact with the fruit vegetable business, the markets have interfered, it is getting benefits. Whether the entrepreneur who purchases a successful vegetable, dairy, or a farmer takes possession of their land, does not take possession of their livestock. Milk sells, cattle do not sell, the dairy industry contributes to our country, Agriculture is more than 28 percent of the total value of the economy. That is, we discuss agriculture so much, we forget this aspect. There is a 28 percent contribution. And there is a turnover of about eight lakh crores. The value of milk of rupees is more than the value of both grains and pulses. We never look at this subject. Full freedom to cattlemen, small and marginal farmers who produce grains and pulses…. As cattlemen have got freedom, why should they not get freedom? Now, if we find the answers to these questions, we will go on the right path. We forget this aspect. There is a 28 percent contribution. And there is a turnover of about eight lakh crores. The value of milk of rupees is more than the value of both grains and pulses. We never look at this subject. Respected Chairman,
This is true as we have a feeling that if we have to change even a little at home, then there is a tension in the house. Why is the chair placed here, why is the table here… It is also in the house. It is such a big country and the kind of traditions we grew up with, it is natural that I believe that whenever something new comes, there is always a little confusion. But just remember the days when there was talk of Green Revolution. Even the agricultural reforms that took place during the Green Revolution, the apprehensions, the movements that took place, it is well documented, and it is like seeing. At that time of taking strict decisions for agrarian reform, Shastriji’s condition was that none of his colleagues was ready to become the Minister of Agriculture. Because it seemed that if the hands would get burnt and the farmers got angry, then politics would be completely destroyed. These are events of Shastri’s time, And finally Shastriji had to make Mr. Subramaniam Minister of Agriculture and he talked about the reforms, the Planning Commission also opposed it, see fun …. Planning Commission also opposed it, including the Finance Ministry There was a voice of protest inside the cabinet as well. But for the betterment of the country, Shastri went ahead and the left parties who speak the language today. He used to speak at that time also. He used to say that this is what Shastriji is doing at the behest of America. Congress is doing this at the behest of America. whole day… Today it is deposited in my account, it was not in your back account earlier. Everything was called the agent of America to our Congress leaders. All these people who speak the language on the left, they also spoke the same language at that time. Agricultural reforms were said to destroy small farmers. Thousands of demonstrations were organized across the country. The big movement was done. In the same environment, Lal Bahadur Shastriji and the government that followed it is the result of what we once used to call PL-480 Mangvakar, today our country farmers eat the things they produce from their soil. Despite record production, there are problems in our agriculture sector, no one can deny them, there are no problems, but we all have to solve the problems together. And I believe that now time will not wait much. Eats things born from their soil. Despite record production, there are problems in our agriculture sector, no one can deny them, there are no problems, but we all have to solve the problems together. And I believe that now time will not wait much. Eats things born from their soil. Despite record production, there are problems in our agriculture sector, no one can deny them, there are no problems, but we all have to solve the problems together. And I believe that now time will not wait much.
Our Ram Gopal ji said very well … He said that our farmers have produced a record even in the Corona lockdown. The government also did not allow any shortage of seeds, fertilizers, everything to be delivered even in the Corona era, did not allow any crisis and the collective result was that the country had this stock. Record purchases of produce also took place during this corona period. So I understand that we have to move forward by finding new measures and as I said, there are many laws, every law after two years, after five years, after two months, three months, make amends. We are not the only ones living in a static state, ji … Good suggestions also come when good suggestions come. And the government also accepted good suggestions and not only ours, every government has accepted good suggestions, this is the democratic tradition. And so we should all move forward with the preparation of good suggestions with good suggestions to do good. I invite you all. Let us explain the agitators, we have to take the country forward, to take the country forward, to solve the problems of the agricultural sector. Maybe, if not today, then whatever happens here tomorrow, someone will have to do this work. Today I have committed abuses let me go to the account … but join me in doing good today. Be bad in my account, be good in your account… Let’s go together. And I am constantly talking to farmers. There are frequent meetings. And yet no tension has arisen. Efforts are on to understand and explain each other’s point. And we constantly pray to the people associated with the movement that it is your right to do the movement. But in this way, elderly people are not right there. You take them all. To end the movement, you will sit together and discuss the way forward. We have said all this and I still invite them through the House.
Respected Chairman,
It is certain that this is the time to take decisions to make our farming happy, this time should not be lost on us. We should move forward .. The country should not be taken back. Be it the opposition, be the movement partner, we should give these reforms a chance. And it should be seen once that whether or not we benefit from this change. If there is any deficiency, they will fix it, and if there is laxity, they will tighten it. It is not that all the doors are closed … so I say … I assure that the mandia will become more modern, more competitive, this time we have made provision for it in the budget as well. Not only is it MSP, it was MSP, it will be MSP. We understand the sanctity of this house… More than 80 crore people are given cheap ration. They should also continue. Therefore, please do not join the work of spreading confusion. Because the country has given us a specific responsibility. We also need to emphasize on other measures to increase farmers’ income. The population is increasing. Within the family, the number of members is increasing. The pieces of land are becoming. In such a situation, something has to be done to reduce the burden on the farmers, and we can provide more opportunities for the people of our farmer’s family to earn a living. We have to work to overcome their problems and I believe that if we delay. If we remain trapped in our own political equations, we will push the farmers towards darkness. Please, we should avoid this for the bright future of bright farmers. I pray the most. We have to worry about this. We can provide more opportunities for them. We have to work to overcome their problems and I believe that if we delay. If we remain trapped in our own political equations, we will push the farmers towards darkness. Please, we should avoid this for the bright future of bright farmers. I pray the most. We have to worry about this.
Respected Chairman,
Dairy and animal husbandry needs to be promoted along with our agriculture sector so that our farmer is mature. Similarly, we have launched a huge campaign for foot and mounth disease which will benefit the cattle farmer, farmer who is connected with farming. We have also given a different emphasis to fisheries, set up separate ministries and have invested 20 thousand crores for fisheries scheme. So that this whole area gets a new force. There is a lot of potential in the sweet revolution and hence India does not need much land for it, even if they do it in the corner of their own farm, they will earn 40-50 thousand, lakh rupees, two lakh rupees in a year. And that’s why we have a demand for bee wax in the world in the same way as bee wax for honey for sweet honey. India can export bee wax. We created an environment for him and if there is a small farmer in the farmer’s field, then he can earn a new income, We have to add that. And hundreds of acres of land is not required for bee keeping. He can do it comfortably here. Solar Pump … Solar We say that the provider can generate energy from the solar system in his field to become energetic, run a solar pump to meet his water requirement. Reduce his expenses, burden. And if the crop takes one, take two, take two, then take three. If you want to change it in a little pattern then you can change it. We can go in this direction. And one thing is, the strength of India has been to find solutions to such problems and find new ways, will also open up. But there are some people who are making constant efforts to keep India unstable, restless. We need to know these people. Run your solar pump to meet your water requirement. Reduce his expenses, burden. And if the crop takes one, take two, take two, then take three. If you want to change it in a little pattern then you can change it. We can go in this direction. And one thing is, the strength of India has been to find solutions to such problems and find new ways, will also open up. Let us not forget what happened to Punjab. When partitioned, Pajab suffered the most. When the riots of 84 took place, most of the tears came from Punjab, Punjab suffered the most painful incidents. What happened in Jammu and Kashmir, the innocent were put to death. The business of bomb-gun and bullets continued in North-East. All these things have done great harm to the country in one way or the other. Who stares at it, all the time, every government has seen it, known it, tried it. And so we have moved fast to solve all these problems with that passion and let us not forget that some people, especially those from Punjab, especially in the minds of Sikh brothers, are trying to fill the wrong things. This country is proud for every Sikh. What they have not done for the country The more we respect them, the less. Among the great traditions of the Gurus…. I am lucky to have the opportunity to eat Punjabi bread. I know important years of my life in Punjab, so I know. And so the language that some people speak for them, those who try to mislead them, it will never benefit the country. And so we need to worry in this direction.
Respected Chairman,
We are very familiar with a few words – laborers, intellectuals, are familiar with all these words. But I see that for some time, a new community has been born in the country, a new community has emerged and they are agitators. You will see this group – there is a movement of lawyers, they will be seen there; There is a student movement, he will be seen there; There is a workers’ movement, they will be seen there, sometimes behind the scenes, sometimes in front of the curtains. There is a whole team which is an agitator. They cannot live without movement and find ways to live through the movement. We have to identify such people, who reach everywhere and give a big ideological stand, mislead, tell new ways. For this the country should be saved from the agitating people, for this we all… and this is their strength… what is theirs, things cannot stand on their own, if someone is moving, then sit down. He was his … days gone by He walks away. There is a great need to identify such people. All these agitators are parasites. And here everyone will enjoy my words because wherever you run governments, you will also experience such parasitic movements. And so, I am seeing a new thing in the same way. The country is progressing, we are talking about FDI, Foreign Direct Investment. But I see that a new FDI has come in the field these days. This is to save the country from new FDI. FDI is required, Foreign Direct Investment. But the new FDI that is being seen, it must be avoided from the new FDI and this new FDI is Foreign DestructiveIdeology, and therefore we need to be more aware to save the country from this FDI. Respected Chairman,
Rural economy – it has its own value for the development of our country. The rural economy is an important pillar of our self-reliant India. Self-reliant India, This cannot and should not be the program of any government. It should be a resolution of 130 crore countrymen. We should be proud and there should be no dilemma. And the great men like Mahatma Gandhi showed us this way. If we have moved a bit from there, then we need to get back on that track and we have to grow on the path of self-reliant India. If the gap between the village and the city is to be bridged, then for that too we have to move towards self-reliant India. And I am sure that when we are moving forward by taking those things, then the faith of the common man of our country should increase. Just as the water-life mission was being discussed within the post-quiz period – to bring drinking water to three crore families in such a short time, The work of providing the null connection is done. Self-sufficiency is possible only when everyone participates in the economy. Our sonal sister discussed in detail in her speech the focus on the participation of sisters and daughters.
In the Corona era, whether it is rationing, financial aid or free gas cylinder – the government has tried to take full care of our mother and sisters in every way that they are not inconvenienced and they have become a power to handle these things Has also helped. Just as in this difficult situation, the women power of our country has handled the family with great patience, has handled the situation; The maternal power of every family has played a big role in this battle of Corona. And the less I thank them, the less. The confidence of sisters and daughters and I believe our mothers and sisters will play an important role in self-reliant India, I am sure. Today, our daughters’ participation in the war zone is also increasing. In the new labor courts that have been created, equal rights have been given for daughters to work in every sector. 70 percent loan taken from Mudra Yojana It is taken by our sisters, that is, in a way, it is an edition. With the participation of about 7 crore women, more than 60 lakh self helpgroups are giving a new strength to the efforts of self-reliant India today.
The more emphasis we put on India’s youth power, the more opportunities we will give them, I think they will become a strong foundation for our country, for the future, for a bright future. The National Education Policy which has come in, the National Education Policy has also tried to give new opportunities to our younger generation. And I am happy to have discussed a long-term education policy, but the way it has been accepted in the country has created a new faith. And I believe that this new education policy, new national education policy is the advent of the idea of a new way of reading in our country in a new way.
Our MSME sector – MSME is getting maximum employment opportunities. And when the stimulus in the Corona period was talked about, MSMEs also got full attention and the result is that our MSMEs are playing a big role in economic recovery and we are taking it forward.
We have been taking the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Sabwa Faith’ from the beginning. And the result of that is that North-East or Naxalite affected area, gradually our problems are getting less there and due to less problems, there is an opportunity for happiness and peace, all these colleagues in the mainstream of development I am seeing the opportunity to come and Eastern India will play a very big role in the bright future of India. And we will bring it firmly.
Jammu and Kashmir will be self-reliant, in that direction – our Panchayat elections, BDC elections, DDC elections, and all of them are appreciated by Ghulam Nabi ji. I am very grateful to you for this appreciation. But I’m afraid, you praised. I am sure that your party members will take it in a proper spirit, do not reverse it by accepting the opinion of G-23 by mistake.
Respected Chairman,
In the challenging phase of Corona, there was an attempt to challenge the border also. The courage and skill of our brave soldiers have given an accurate answer. Every Hindustani is proud of this. Our soldiers have stood firm even in difficult circumstances. All the comrades have also appreciated the valor of our soldiers, I am grateful to them. India’s position on LAC has been very clear and the country is looking at it and is also proud. There is no question of any relaxation in our commitment to Border Infrastructure and Border Security. , There is no scope, and those who see our upbringing and our thoughts, our purpose, they will never question us in this matter, they know that we are the people who stand for it. And therefore we are nowhere behind in these subjects.
Respected Chairman,
I thank all for the best discussion of this House and finally I will end my speech by mentioning a mantra. A great idea is found here in the Vedas. That mantra itself is a big inspiration for all of us, 36 crore countrymen. This mantra of Vedas says-
“Ayuto ego Ayuto, soul Ayutum me, Ayutun Chakshu , Ayutam Srotram. ”
That is, I am not one, I am not alone, I see and experience millions of human beings with me. Therefore my spiritual strength is in crores. I have the vision of millions, the hearing power, and the power of millions with me.
Respected Chairman,
In the same spirit of Vedas, with this consciousness, India with more than 130 crore countrymen is moving forward by taking everyone along. The dreams of 130 crore countrymen today are the dreams of Hindustan. Today, the aspirations of 130 crore countrymen are the aspirations of this country. Today, the future of 130 crore countrymen is a guarantee of India’s bright future. And so today, when the country is making policies, making efforts, it is not only for the immediate loss of profit but for a long-reaching and when the country celebrates a century of independence in 2047, then take the dream of taking the country to new heights By doing this, the foundation is being laid. And I am sure that we will definitely be successful in completing this work.
I once again thanked him respectfully for the address of the venerable President and greeted him and the way the House was discussed and I tell you the truth, the level of discussion was also good, the atmosphere was also good. This is exactly how many people are benefited, how much I was attacked too, whatever can be said in every way, but I am very happy that I at least came to your work. See, there is not much going on in your mind due to the corona, you will be stuck, and there will be a lot going on in the house. Now that anger was removed, then your heart became so light. You must be spending so much time indoors happily. So this pleasure that you have got, I came to work for it, I also consider it my privilege, and I would like to continue to enjoy it. Keep discussing, keep discussing continuously. Keep the house alive, Modi is there, take the opportunity.
